Photographs of our self-build prior to the end of 2018 can be found on Flickr in the album Strawbale@woodlands. Flickr used to allow a user 1 Terabyte of free storage but the company was sold in 2018 and towards the end of the year the new owners announced that users would only be allowed to store 1000 pictures for free. We had to severely prune the number of photographs stored to reach that limit (so pleased I'd only used <5% of the 1 TB). Photographs from 2019 onwards currently only can be seen via this blog.
The cruck frame and bale retention system used in our strawbale house were designed by Brian Waite. Read more about them and his strawbale house at strawbalehouse.co.uk
