Footings Finished

The excavations for the foundations were finished today and the remaining concrete for the footings poured into them ready for the blocks to be laid next week.
More sub soil was removed from the site and sand was delivered for use by the brickies.
At the end of the day the dumper truck, which has been put to good use the past few days, was returned to the hire company.
Elsa is unhappy about not being able to go into the garden on demand (I know how she feels!) so Mark took her for an inspection.
N.B. The Wickes lorry was delivering to another of our neighbours.
