A sight for sore eyes

The delivery of our dense concrete blocks, a bulk bag of builder's sand and 6 bags of cement was scheduled for today. Because of the weight of the order it was to be split between 2 lorries. When we phoned Bradfords this morning to get an idea of what time they would be arriving we were told that they were a delivery driver short today and could we wait until tomorrow. Mark told them we didn't need the whole order today but PLEASE could we have a couple of hundred blocks to be going on with. They said that they would try.
Late this afternoon a lorry arrived with 4 pallets of blocks together with the sand and cement.
Don't worry that very dodgy looking row of blockwork on the right is made up of blocks that have been cut and are waiting to be mortared in.
Fingers crossed that the rest of the blocks will be delivered tomorrow.
