Silence speaks volumes

Vision received my notification of the error in the production of the rib beams together with the accompanying photographic evidence just after 8am this morning. They have yet to get back to us.

Brian Waite, designer of the rib beams that we are using has told us how we can cut the rib beams to make them usable. Just thinking about having to cut the beams ourselves brings me out in a cold sweat.

Sooo not impressed by the lack of response from Vision Development.
