Doubly sure

The double glulam beam that isn't adjacent to a rib beam has been given a second purlin for additional support.

We're also doubling up on the tarp over the roof. We already had a 12 x 20m light-weight woven tarp secured over the structure but there are a few tiny leaks and we are concerned that it might not be beefy enough for the winter. We are in the process of securing a couple of smaller (8 x 10m), slightly heavier tarps over the upper part of the roof. The first is in place and the second will be fixed when the wind drops and the weather improves, oh, and we can get an extra pair of hands.
