Our dumbwaiter

Straw bales have been inserted up to first floor level. Now we need the bales taken up to the first floor. Carrying them individually or passing them up is hard graft, apparently ;-)

Take a pallet, a few straps, some pieces of scrap wood and an electric hoist et voila, we have ourselves a dumbwaiter capable of lifting 4 bales at a time. Gotta work smarter not harder folks!
